All our orders are shipped as soon as
possible to make sure your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. The
standard shipping method is UPS Ground which is usually delivered within the

Returns:
All Returns must first be
approved by Auto Union Parts and
must be clearly

Packaging in Brand New Condition. You must contact us within 14 days for
processing a return.
Any products that have been used
or mounted will NOT be accepted for returns.
Return shipping is the responsibility of
the sender, and credit will not be given until all returned items are received.
Accepted returns will be credited the full purchase price less shipping and
handling fees from the original transaction, some returns may be subject to a
30-35% restocking fee.
Returned Items will only be accepted for

· Fitment Issues: If for any reason your purchase does not fit or
work on your vehicle we will accept returns if you provided vehicle information
with your order. This is the only way that our experts can insure proper
fitment for your vehicle. All other fitment issues are the responsibility of
the purchaser. We will replace the item in question with an additional shipping
and handling fee including the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
Your item may not come with installation instructions.
· Wrong Item Received: If for any reason you have received an Item
different from what you ordered Performance Wheel and Tire will ship you the
correct item at no additional cost to you, and will make all arrangements to
ship the incorrect items back to us.
· Damaged Items: If you receive an Item that is damaged
Performance Wheel and Tire will replace the item at no additional cost to you,
and will make all arrangements to ship the damaged items back to us.
· Customer Satisfaction: At fordf150parts.com we are dedicated to
your satisfaction. If you have any issues concerning your purchase we'd ask
that you please call or email us to resolve the issue. If we can't resolve an
issue with your purchase by replacement with a different item or application we
will refund your purchase price less a 30-35% restocking fee and any shipping
and handling charges.
